To Be a Theologian of the Cross

[認識信義宗人物]今天(11/06)是Regin Prenter (1907-1990)生日。

Regin Prenter是丹麥的信義宗牧者及神學家，他在哥本哈根大學研習神學，1931年獲得神學文憑，並成為Hvilsager-Lime和Aarhus禮拜堂的牧者。1935-1936年，他在林肯神學院進修，並受到Michael Ramsey的影響。二戰期間，他積極參與反納粹的抵抗活動。1944年以Spiritus Creator為題之論文，獲得神學博士學位，1945-1972年於Aarhus大學神學系執教。

1950-1957年，他擔任世界信義宗聯會(Lutheran World Federation)神學委員會主席，1961-1962則出任普世協(World Council of Church)崇拜委員會主席。1972-1977他也擔任Branderup教區牧者。

Prenter主要的著作包括Spiritus Creator, The Word and the Spirit: Essays on Inspiration of the Scriptures, Creation and Redemption和The Church's Faith: A Primer of Christian Beliefs等。
