Frank C. Senn是美國信義宗牧者及禮儀學者，先後畢業於Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago (M. Div.)及University of Notre Dame (Ph. D.)，先後於South Bend, Louisville, Chicago, Lincolnshire及Evanston等地牧會，並擔任North American Academy of Liturgy及The Liturgical Conference會長。1977-1981年，他也是美國Lutheran-Episcopal對話的成員。

他著有多部禮儀神學方面的著作，包括Christian Liturgy—Catholic and Evangelical (Fortress Press, 1997), New Creation: A Liturgical Worldview (Fortress Press, 2000)和The People's Work: A Social History of the Liturgy (Fortress Press, 2006)等。
